Welcome to Clifton Park Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  We offer classes for children and adults in a safe professional setting taught by the Capital Districts original and most experienced instructor, Nick Sanzo.  Mr. Sanzo has 17 years of instructional experience and has an extensive competition background.  His students have gone on to become world class competitors in BJJ, Submission Wrestling and MMA. Many of the local instructors began there BJJ instruction with him.  Mr. Sanzo has also spent 23 years as a health care professional in the Physical Therapy field. 
     We are proud members of the International Federation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and members of the Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team.  Carlson Gracie is the direct line of the founder of BJJ, The Legend Carlos Cracie.  Carlson Gracie Jr., who now leads the organization,  is the Grandson of the founder of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Carlos Gracie and the son of one of our sports most influential teachers, Carlson Gracie.  We are currently the only Carson Gracie Academy in New York State and all of our promotions will be through the IFBJJ.
     Our mission is to help every student achieve their maximum potential and enjoy the healthy benefits of the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle.  We teach in a non judgmental proffesional manner and welcome all students of all levels  in safe friendly enviroment.  We teach in technical series designed to accelerate our students progress and have developed a conditioning program designed especially for Jiu-Jitsu.
